BIRTHDAY CONGRATULATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Governor-General cabled Queen Alexandra on her birthday: "I desire to associate myself with the Government and people of New Zealand in wishing Your Majesty many hanpy returns of your birthday, Liverpool." Her Majesty replied: "Will you please accept and convey to the Government and people of New Zealand my grateful thanks for their kind congratulations upon the occasion of my birthday. I shall never forget the splendid part which New Zealand has taken in the great war.—Alexandra."
