The Department of Labor has announced that Alexander Berkman will be deported. AUSTRIAN SOCIALISTS. Vienna, Nov. 28. After two days' discussion the executive of the Socialist Party passed a resolution defining the Socialist victory at the election' as an act of complete solidarity -with the Russian Soviet Republic and an order' to the Government to recognise the Soviet executive. They insist that the Socialist group will participate in the opening of Parliament and make an anti-monarchial demonstration.
