REFUSAL TO EVACUATE. A UNION WITH HUNGARY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.— Copyr'jht. Received Nov. 30, II p.m. Berlin, Nov. 2fi. According to a Hungarian newwapaper a Roumanian Government representative is endeavoring to bring about a union of Roumania, Hungary, Czeeho-Slavakia and the Ukraine, aimed against Jugoslavia. The paper asserts Roumania is attempting to achieve by negotiations what she failed to accomplish by violence, owing to the Supreme Council's attitude. A wireless message states that Roumania, replying to the Allies, Tefuses to evacuate Hungary, but is willing to protect the national minorities and sign peace with Germany, Austria and Bul-garia.—Aus.-N.Z.
