A NEW ALLIANCE. PEACE WITH THE SOVIETS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, London, Nov. 24. According to Berlin advices, an alliance has been concluded between Esthonia, Lettland, and Lithuania. Their first task will be'the conclusion of peace with Soviet Russia. It is confidently hoped that Poland, Ukraine, and Finland will join. Copenhagen, Nov. 24. There are many rumours that Litvinoff, as commissioner, will constitute peace pourparlers. This is discredited, as Mr. O'Grady, M.P., is not authorised to deal with any subject except the interchange of prisoners.
