ARBITRATION COURT.

THE TYPOGRAPHICAL AWARD.. By Telegraph.—Press Association Wellington, Last Night. The application of the New. Zealand Typographical Union for an amendment of the award was before the Arbitration Court again to-day. At the conclusion of evidence the Court reserved its decision. Mr* Justice Stringer said the Court might find itself .limited to giving such an increase in wages as was warranted by the increase in the cost of living as disclosed by the last statistics furnished by the Government Statistician. If the Court came to' that conclusion there would be no reason for delaying a decision to permit evidence being heard in other centres. If it was thought other matters brought forward should be considered evidence in other districts would have to be heard, as it was a Dominion'award.
