THE "GO SLOW" POLICY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night, The Chief Justice lixed 9 p.m. to-day for Jiearing undefended divorce eases, and at the appointed hour there were none of the parties present. His Honor said the cases must stand over until next session, adding: "There is too much going slow in the whole of the courts of law. The same thing seems to have happened in Auckland, where only one jury case could be taken in a week out of 30 or 40 on the rist."
