BOLSHEVIK RANKS BROKEN. REVOLT AGAINST THE SOVIET. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received Nov. 26, 5.5 p.m. Stockholm, Nov. 22. Advices from Helsingflors state that Deniken reports he has broken through the Bolshevik front between Orel and Timhoff, annihilating fifty-five thousand Bolsheviks. The message adds that the peasants and workmen in the manufacturing centres are revolting against the Soviet. —Reuter Service. PLANS OF THE BOLSHEVIKS. NEW,FORM OF GOVERNMENT. Received Nov. 20, 5.5 p.m. Warsaw, Nov. 22. Reports from Russia indicate that the Bolshevik leaders, influenced by the recent veerings in the British attitude, are now planning to change their tactics, reviving the idea of the election of a constituent assembly, and abolishing the extraordinary commissions forming the new Government, including the ifenshevist leaders. —Aus.-N.Z.
