The Supreme Council has decided to give Roumania another chance to sign the Austrian Treaty.—AU3.-N.Z. Cahle Aisn. ■■. [A cablegram from Paris, dated Nov. 13th., stated that following upon a threat by the Supreme Council to exclude Roumania from the ranks of the Allies, Roumania had announced iter readiness to sign the Peace Treaty. An ultimatum to Roumania, which had not then been actually despatched, demanded he? signature to the treaty -within six days. It frankly enumerated Roumania's short-comings, including her delay in entering the war, and her abandoament of the war while 400,000 troops Were available under arms. On Nov. 18th it was announced from Paris that the Supreme Council's ultimatum to Retnrania had been despatched, but (here was no reply.]
