ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A WOMAN'S SUICIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Nov. 21. " Alice Mary Kothwell, a married woman, aged 45, residing at Newmarket, was found dead in her bed by lier son (aired 101 with a gas tube near her mouth. She had been in ill-health. The evidence showed that she was poisoned by coal gas, and the coroner found a verdict to that effect. GUNSHOT FATALITY. Wellington, Last Night. At the inquest on David Gray, who died from a gunshot wound in the head, Lewis Coe, assistant foreman to the Blackball Coal Company, said lie and deceased went to Porir'ua on Tuesday rabbit shooting. The deceased proceeded down the cliff and witness heard a shot fired, and saw deceased sliding down. A verdict that the wound was accidentally received tyas returned^
