The general entries for the show on Wednesday and Thursday next closed on Tuesday evening, and the results are most satisfactory. The various classes in cattle and horses have filled well, while the competitions should 'provide the public with some fine jumping. To those who have omitted to send their entries, a final reminder is given that late entries will be received up to Friday evening, the 21st inst., at fl p.m., and not to miss the last chance of exhibiting at the Premier Cattle Show in Taranaki. Entries may be made with Mr. W. P. Okey, secretary of the Taranaki Metropolitan Show.
