The position of tue Paderewski GovI ernment is critical owing to failure to remedy the food crisis, which is now becoming desperate. M. Paderewski announces his intention to court-martial profiteers. He pleads his difficulty of carrying on while waging an arduous campaign which is dependent upon the resources of the country, which will be eeonomicallv ruined. It is impossible to get credit while the frontiers of Poland remain undecided. —Times Service. ■ ■
