ADEQUATE FORCE ESSENTIAL. By Telegrapb .—-Press Assn.- Copyright. Vancouver, Nov. 13. Lord Jellicoe, interviewed, said the essential lessons of the war hod not bedn lost. Although the Dominion finances had suffered owing to war expenditure, an adequate navy was as essential as ever i£ the Empire was to continue to exist in security. Lord Jellicoe will inspect the British Columbian coast with a view to naval bases.
