PALMKRSTON NORTH SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N„ Nov. 12. In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Chapman, Charles .James Crockery was charged with having unlawfully counselled and attempted to procure Henry Lewis and Alfred Mervyn Capp to murder Thomas Quirke, detective-scrgeiiflt of Palmerston North, on October 13, 11119. Accused was found not guilty and discharged.
