It was resolved that after Tuesday next. Nurse Williams should not visit Stratford and Inglewood. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mrs. Burgess for having donated a cheque for the Society's share in the Lady Liverpool address. In connection with Baby Day, which is to be held on November 22, votes of thanks were passed to Mrs. Stuart-Rus-sell in arranging the concert to bo held on Thursday, 13ih inst (the proceeds to go towards the flower stall), the New Plymouth High School Old Girls' Association for donation of £3 3s. the Pihama awl Oaonui Co-operative Daiiv Companies for £2 2s each, the Okavi school children for a donation towards the egg and cheese stall, Mrs. Burgess for a donation of baby clothes, Dr. Wade £2 2s, Mr. Oliver Samuel £1 Is, Mrs. E. Read fls, Mrs. Geo. King ss, Mrs. F. Blundell 10s.

A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mrs. P. B. Fitzherbert for consenting to take charge of the Baby Stall 011 Baby 'Day, and to Miss Burke for having cut out materials donated, Miss Barr for allowing High School girls to help in various stalls, and Mrs. Roch for making ice cream.
