MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
CIVIL BUSINESS. (Before Mr. T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.). In the New Plymouth Magistrate's Court yesterday Mr. T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., gave judgment for plaintiff by default in the following undefended cases: —Executors of the late W. E. Dockrill v. Ernest George, £l7 fis 3d (costs las); B. Z. Bouttell (Mr. Nicholson) v. K. M. Blanchard, £6B 4s lid (costs £4 4s).
In the case of Henry Jenkins (Mr. Nicholson) v. J. Reilly, a claim for possession of a dwelling and rent amounting to £3 up to date, an order was made by consent, possession to be given on or before December 9.
W. V. Remington was ordered to give up possession of a dwelling owned and required by Miss B. A. Rennell, for her own use, on or before November 25.
