EXTRADITION OF FERDINAND.

Two hundred members of the Radoslavoff Party have been arrested in connection with responsibility for the war. The number includes the ex-Minister Tontcheg, General Petrog. and most of the former members of the Rndoslavoff Cabinet. Negotiations are to be initiated for the extradition of the ex-Tzar Ferdinand, ex-Generalissimo JakloiT, and exPremier RadoslavofT. —Renter Service.
