The Government lias announced that it is re-constituting the Cost of Living Commission. The Government has fixed the retail price of sugar at 5d per lb., a rise of <}d, A committee has been appointed to fix the price each season, based on the coat of production; also the controlling of imports and experts, and preventing dumping,—Renter.
