CHAjRGE OF IMPROPER WASHING.
liy Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Arising out .of the case in which Brown's Laundry, Ltd., was charged with a breach of contract under the war regulations heard yesterday, Henry Eugene Street, manager of the laundry, wis charged that ho did unlawfully aid and abet Brown's Laundry, Ltd., to committing oHence against the war regulations in wilfully breaking a contract by not properly washing certain military blankets.
Evidence had not been concluded when the Court adjourned till to-morrow.
