The following telegram has been despatched to the Prime Minister by the secretary of the Greymouth Harbor Board: "I am instructed to forward you the following resolution, passed at a meeting of the board held to-night: That this board strongly resents the failure of the Government to keep the specific promise made by the Premier to the deputation at Wellington recently to introduce legislation this session to adjust the board's finances. This matter has now been shelved for four sessions of Parliament, and members are intensely indignant at the laxity thus shown towards the interests of the port and district.
