INDIAN FRONTIER CAMPAIGN. A SUCCESSFUL RAID.
By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrlctit. Received Nov. 3, 10.30 p.m. Allahabad, Oct. 29. Three British aeroplanes raided Wana, in Waziristan, on the 28th. instThe machines started in tho dark by the aid of flares, reaching Wana in the early dawn. A large number ot explosive incendiary bombs were dropped. All the airmen returned safely. Partie's of Mubsuds and Waziris were discerned gathering, probably with the intention of raiding.—Aus.-N.Z.
