Referring to the 'embargo on the exportation of dried fruits the Minister for Customs stales that he hopes to permit limited export to New Zealand, whose trade it is desired to retain. INFLUENZA FROM SINGAPORE. Port Darwin, Nov. 3. The steamer Mataram arrived from Singapore with eight eases of influenza on board.
