WELLINGTON SESSIONS.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. • Wellington, Nov. 1. In the Supernie Court, Leo. Shaddick, for theft, forgery and uttering, was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon; Thomas Kidout, for theft, was sentenced to four years' reformative i.rcatment; James M. Laughlin and Elizabeth M. Laughlin pleaded guilty to making a false declaration to obtain a marriage certificate. The latter was sentenced to one day's imprisonment; the sentence on the man was postponed till Monday.
