WIDOWS' PENSIONS.
NEW BILL NEARLY READY. (By Wire.—Own Correspondent.) Wellington, Last Night. The promise given by the Prime Minister to deal yitli widows' pensions during the session was mentioned in the House to-day by Mr. Fraser (Wellington Central), who asked when a Bill was going to be introduced. Mr. Massey replied that, the Bill was almost ready and would go before Cabinet without delay. It was a finance Bill dealing with various important matters,
