UNRESERVED SALE. PEDIGREE, FRIESIAN CATTLE. The unreserved auction sale of pedigree Friteian cattle to be held on account of Mr. W. Remnant at his homestead, two miles from Palmerston North, marks the dispersal of the well and favorably, known "Tc Matai" herd. Field, Massachusetts; the imported cow, "Lady Johanna Piebe De Kol"; and the imported herd sire, "Abbekerk Marquis of Sunnycroft," one of the famouß Colantha strain. The catalogue, which comprises 27 cows, 24 heifers, 11 calves, and 8 bull?, presents to lovers of the black and white a splendid opportunity to secure fresh and profitable strains of blood from highly productive families, and the date having been fixed for November 4, the day preceding the opening of the Manawatu A. and. P. Association's Spring Show, will enable prospective buyers to combine business with pleasure. The sale, which will commence at 11 o'clock sharp, will be conducted by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile , Agency Co., Ltd., and Dalgety and Co., Ltd., and catalogues are now obtainable from any of their branches and agencies.
