GERMANS STEAL RAILWAY WAGONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn - Copyright. Brussels, Oct. 22. Marshal Foeh has notified the Government that lie has located 40,000 Belgian railway wagons in Germany. —Aus.-N.Z Cable Assn. ITALY WANTS WHEAT. New York, Oct. 22. The Atlantic City correspondent of the New York Times states that the Italian Mission informed the conference that Italy's greatest requirement was wheat. She must import 3,500,000 bushels, foi which long-time credits will be required. Italy desired a loan of 500 million dollars, of which it hoped two-thirds would be obtained in the United States. General Holborn, Roumanian Com-mander-in-Chief in Hungary, committed suicide at Bucharest, owing to his recall to render account of certain acts for which he was personally responsible.— Aus.-N.Z.
