Tic elections in Ontario resulted in the defeat of Hearst's Conservative Government, and Hearst himself lost his seat. The Farmers' Party and the Liberals secured almost an equal number of seats and will probably form a coalition. The new Ontario provincial Parliament consists of 43 United Farmers. 28 Liberals, 28 Conservatives, 12 Laborites, and two Independents.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
