THE SHEEP CHAMPIONSHIPS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, Last Night. Pleasant weather favored the opening day of the Jubilee Show and more than usual public interest was manifested. The collection of sheep is an excellent one, being much better than expected. The following were the championships in the sheep classes:— Merinos, strong combing ram, E. A. Weld; fine combing ratn, C. Qoulter; ewe, P. C. Monro; English Leicester ram, T. Morrin; ewe, A. J. Murray; Border Leicester ram, Chaytor.and Co.; Lincolns, ram, E, A. Weld; ewe, D. Blshell; Romney Marsh, ram and ewe, W. Bell; Corriedale, ram, H. A. Lucas; ewe, R. T, Laidlaw.
