In an interview, published in London, D'Annunzio declares that if nobody attacks him he will march to Rome, or attack the nearest enemy in order to offer a sacrifice on behalf of the oppressed peoples. He says Italians soldiers and sailors have promised to rally to him at a given signal and that 'the Allied Governments wijj be powerless to prevent them.—Reuter.
