LOAN FROM THE DUTCH. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Amsterdam, Oct. 19. The Berliner Tageblatt states that four Dutch financial institutions are jointly providing Germany with credits totalling fifty million gulden for the purchase of raw materials, conditional on a proportion resulting from the manufacture being exported, thereby improving the rate of exchange.—Aus.-N.Z.
