AT AUCKLAND UNIVHSSTTX. By Telegraph.—Presa Association. Auckland, Last Night. Tho University College Council has decided to establish a Chair of Law and has appointed Mr. B. M. Algic, of Auek. land, Professor of Law at a Hftfary of £7OO per annum. A whole time lecturer, to be paid £250 per unnuQi ts also to tie appointed.
