TflE TERRITORIAL SYSTEM. DISCIPLINE FOR BOYS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. When is it proposed to institute th# territorial training camp schevet Sir James Allen was asked to-night. He understood from school teachers themselves that they did not approve of the introduction of military training into the primary schools.
