Yesterday morning the body of the missing- boy, Earnest Brightwell, was found by William Meares about a quarter of a mile below the confluence of th e Wanganui and Ongarue Rivers. At tlio inquest last night the Coroner returned an open verdict of "found drowned," WOMAN COMMITS SUICIDE. Nelson, Last Night. A married woman named Janotte Lines, aged 42 years, wife of a farmer at ICiwi, committed suicide this morning by hanging herself in a shed at the back of her residence.
