The Times' Berlin correspondent states that great pressure was brought to bear on the Cotta Publishing firm at' Stuttgart to prevent the publication of the third volume of Mismarck's Memoirs dealing with the ex-Kaiser. It is understood that the ex-Kaiserin from Amerongen dispatched influential aristocrats tOj Stuttgart to remonstrate on the ground that Bismarck iid not wish the publication during the lifetime of Wilhelm.—Aus.-N.Z.
