CASES ON STEAMER FROM INDIA, By TBlejraph.—Press Assn —Copyrleht. Received Oct. 20, 12.25 a.m. v London, Oct, 18, Upwards of a hundred cases of influenza are reported on iboard the steamer City of York, from India. The outbreak occurred when the vessel was in the vicinity of Egypt. The civilian passengers have landed at Plymouth, but the solditrs on board have been delayed pending an examina-tion,—Aus.-N.Z.
