POOR INDUSTRIAL FAIR. THE VALUE OF THE MARK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Oct. 14. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent reportß that the Frankfort Fair poorly represents the large industries. The factories have nothing to sell, because they disposed of the whole of their output two years ago, and cannot accept orders owing to the lack of coal and raw materials and the low rate of exchange. The Germans attribute the low value of the mark to the enormous smuggling from France. The French Army of Occupation is unpopular, but Anglo-Americans are regarded favorably.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
