A most impressive ceremonial has been arranged for Thursday at Monte Marte, when the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, which has been building for many years, will be dedicated on the site of the martyrdom of St. Derys and Marguerite Alacoque, who bad a vision of the Sacred Heart. Nine thousand passengers were held up at Marseilles owing to another strike, including engineers, stewards, wireless operators, and doctors.
