BIG JEWEL ROBBERY.

. GEMS VALUED AT £7OOO. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.-MJopyrlght. Received Oct. 15, 9.46 p.m. London, October 14. Prince Felix Youssoupoff, the slayer of Rasputin, has been robbed of jewels valued at £7,000. Prior to the Tsar's abdication a quantity of Royal jewels were removed to London and deposited in various banks. The jewels included a hundred Cape diamonds, which were entrusted to Youssoupoff. The Prince recently collected, them and took them to his Knigiitsbridge flat. After a convivial dinner party on Monday the diamonds were missed. ThePrince recently caused a sensation at the Albert Hall Three Arts' ball by appearing in a costume covered with jewels.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
