The Committee held its monthly meeting on Monday. It was decided that Miss MoUie Allen, grand neice of Dr. Truby King, should present the bouquet to Lady Liverpool on behalf of the Plunket Society at tho reception to bo given to their Excellencies on Wednesday moraing. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the Mayor for allowing the Society: to erect stalls and take up a collection In Devon Street in connection with the "Baby Day" effort to be held on November 22, 1919, to the Daily News for advertising, the Patua Cheese Factory for a handsome donation of cheese, the Citizens' Band for their promising to give an open air recital at Kawaroa Park on November 20 the Old Girls' Association for their promise of a donation of cash and Mr. Gordon Fraser and Mr. P.
