TURKEY.
NEW CABINET'S INFLUENCE. By Telegraph.—p.-ess Afisn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 13, 7.25 p.m. Constantinople, Oct. 11. The appointment of a new Government restores the sinister figure of Kemai Pasha on the political stage. The situation created is tantamount to the re-establishment of the Committee of Union and Progress. The Government keeps in constant touch with Kemal. who apparently approved its composition. Turkey's attitude to the Allies, which has hitherto -been amenable, is likely to show a rapid change.—Times Service.
