The Supreme Council Note urges Roumania to modify her attitude and coincide with the views of the Peace Conference. Sir George Clerk, the Allies' special representative, reports that Roumania is willing to evacuate Budapest if the Conference recognises her right to requisition property in accordance with the armistice which the Roumanians imposed on the Hungarians during the summer, Vienna, October 12. The Magyar White Army, under Admiral Hortly, which is marching on Budapest in order to drive out the Roumanians, has reached Raab.
