In the House of Assembly the Treasurer in his Budget speech forecasted additional taxations of 25 per cent on incomes and increased hartxtr duties. Melbourne. Oct. 11. The Senate and House of Representatives passed the Constitution Amendment Bills. WESTRALIAN DEFICIT. 'Perth, Oct. 11. In the Assembly the Premier dehv. ered his Budget, which showed a deficit for the past year df £652,014. He estimated that the coming year would show a deficit of £593,349, making a total accumulated deficit of £4,011.829. No fresh taxation was proposed.
