RANFURLY SHIELD MATCH. WANQANUI EASILY DEFEATED. By Telegraph Press Association. Wellington, Saturday Night. The special challenge Ranfurly Shield match, Wanganul v. Wellington, was played at Athletic Park, and won by the home team by 30 points to 3. The Wellington team proved much the superior combination.'
