LORD JELLICOE'S REPORT, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 4. Admiral Lord Jellicoe'a report was to have been completed and dispatched to the New Zealand Government before the Admiral's departure from Auckland, but' it has not yet reached the Prime Minister. There will be two sections in the report, one of a confidential nature and one which can be made public, but when the latter will be published cannot yet be said.

SERIOUS CHARGE. AGAINST A ' CHEMIST. Dunedin, Oct. 4. James Reynolds HayKe, chemist, of Dunedin, appeared in the Police Court to-day charged that with intont to procure miscarriage he unlawfully used an instrument. For the prosecution it was stated that the young woman, who is now at Waimate, was in a dangerous state. Accused was remanded to appear at; Waimats oft Monday.
