At the Supreme Court John Joseph O'Donnell, convicted on two charges of assault with intent to commit rape and one charge of indecent assault at Matierc, was sentenced to seven years' hard labor on each charge, the sentences to be cGiiciuirent. Frederick Ware, charged with embezzling £278, funds of four King Country bodies of which he was said to have been clerk, had made partial restitution and was in poor health, and he was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, subject to go.-.d behaviour and not to enter hotels or indulge in drink for three years.
