AGRICULTURAL INSTRUCTORS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 3. The Agricultural Department is now making inquiries with a view to greatly strengthening its instructional staff. Two highly qualified instructors have just been appointed. One, "Mr R. P. Connell, is in charge of Otago and Southland with headquarters at Dunedin, and the other, Mr T. H. Patterson, is for the Auckland district with headquarters at Hamilton. Further appointments' are to he made as the department finds the right men. THE NEW ZEALAND FORCES. Wellington, Last Night.
