GERMANS MUST EVACUATE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Paris, Sept. 21 Marshal Foch, on behalf of the Allies, lias presented a note to Germany, declining to accept the Government plea of impotency with 1 regard to the withdrawal immediately. Until this is done the Allies refuse to consider German proposals for supply of raw materials and financial facilities. London, Sept. 2!). In the event of non-fulfilment of engagements the Allies will take all necescary steps to enforce the armistice clauses against the Germans.
