PROM ENGLAND TO NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. J. B. Hine, Minister for Internal Affairs, received a cablegram from Hip High Commissioner in London to the effect that great difficulty is being experienceil. in securing passages for New Zealand visitors to Great Britain, wli» desire to return to the Dominion. The Minister points out that intending visitors to great Britain should understand that although every assistance is given bv ihe High Commissioner's office, there is great congestion on all routes for first and second-class accommodation to New Zealand, which is fully booked for months ahead.
