ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
DEATH PROM IN,TORIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Yesterday. A returned soldier named Arthur Burns died at the hospital this morning as the result of injuries sustained through falling on the /back of his head on the Marina Parade on Tuesday evening. He fractured his skull, but his condition was not considered to be serious till last evening, when he was removed to the hospital. He has been back from thj war about two years. '
