According to a telegjam from Buenos Aireg, the Minister at Vienna informed the Argentine Foreign Office of the Austrians' desire to colonise in the Argentine. The Foreign Office replied that fiscal lands in Southern and Northern Argentina were open for colonisation. CAILLAUX AND LENOIR. •Received Sept. 20, 1.40 a.m. Paris, Sept. 25. The confrontation of Caillaux with Lenoir has been ordered, but Lenoir is seriously ill. GENERAL ALLENBY'S-SPECIAL. Received Sept. 26, 1.20 a.m. London, Sept. 25. Confirming General Allenby's recollection, Admiral Dampier, Mayor of Dover, states that General Allenby mentioned the Australians in his Dover speech. ARGENTINA'S CREDIT. Received Sept. 26, 1.20 am, London, Sept. 25. A despatch from Buenos Aires states that the Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies will publish the majority report authorising the Government to extend two hundred million dollars credit to Italy, France, and Great Britain, of which 75 per cent, will be expended in the purchase ol* Argentinian cereals. The loan is extended over two years at 5J per cent
