Allowing for the season, which has not been altogether favorable, the allow of flowers was very creditable to the exhibitors. Other awards were: Bowl of flowers, Mrs. Pinhey 1, Mrs. Bam 2 and h.c.; collection of anemones, Mrs. Geo. Bain h.c. (one entry). A collection of narcissi and a bouquet entered for exhibition purposes only by Mrs. Reader, and a bowl of narcissi exhibited by Mrs. Corkill, were much admired. The judging was done by Mrs. Koader. Quite a large number visited the show during the afternoon and good ™» ess «s done at the various stalls. The 'Hon. D. H.
